Refund policy
We happily accept returns and exchanges for non-custom and non-personalized items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To qualify for a full refund or exchange:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and original product packaging included.
- There must be no visible signs of wear or use on the returned item.
Gift Returns:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item upon approval. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:
- To begin the return or exchange process, please contact us first by email at echoescustomcreations@gmail.com.
- To expedite the process, kindly include a photograph of the item you wish to return in your email.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Please note:
- We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders placed over 30 days ago.
- All sales for custom and personalized work are final.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.Â
